DARK CHOCOLATE PRE-WORKOUT SMOOTHIE

Ingredients

  • Sachet (50g) Healthy Crumbs Dark Chocolate Oats
  • 200 ml Skimmed Milk
  • 1 Small Banana
  • 1 tbsp. Almonds
  • 1 tbsp. Honey

    Instructions:

    1. Mix all the ingredients in a bowl. 
    2. Add 200 ml Chilled Skimmed Milk in the Blender.
    3. Add all the ingredients into the blender.
    4. Blend for approx. 1 min.
    5. Empty the smoothie in a smoothie bowl or a glass.

    Note: Feel free to customize your smoothie by adding different nuts. You can use Stevia extract instead of Honey to sweeten the smoothie. Top with some nut butter if required.
