Further we are always keen to optimize the liability of delivery charges from customer’s side and thus we are providing free shipping for collectively single order worth INR 599 or more.

Refund Policy

As a perishable good, we are unable to offer refunds or exchanges on purchases unless the product arrives defective or damaged. 

If an item has arrived faulty and needs to be returned, please contact   and we will get back to you within 48 hours.

We are not liable for any loss of goods made by our couriers. In the off chance your product doesn't arrive, it may have been returned back to us if you entered the wrong details.



If your item is deemed defective or damaged and your eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Customer has to return the item via courier or in person at Healthy Crumbs Pvt. Ltd, Pl.No. 114/113, Tisgaon TQ, Aurangabad, 431136. 

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed and you may receive the refund within 48 hrs post verification.


Late or Missing Refund

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
